Megan is licensed to practice law in Utah State Courts.
Before opening Mustoe Law, Megan worked in family and estate law, agriculture, corporate counsel, human resources, and public land management disputes.
She is a court-rostered general and domestic mediator in the state of Utah. She has over 100 hours of mediation training and over 100 hours of mediating and facilitating disputes with multiple viewpoints in family law, public lands management, and community engagement activities.
Megan grew up on a farm in rural Missouri. She understands the necessity of confidentiality while finding opportunities to resolve delicate issues. She helps clients maintain relationships during and after high conflict.
